Building stable access – what drives us

iKuuu VPN – also written iKuuu VPN and iKuuu VPN – was built around two observations: most VPN problems happen at peak hours, and most explanations of what to do about them are vague. We try to address both.

Principles

What we optimise for

We avoid marketing language that glosses over the real questions: does it work at eight in the evening, does support actually solve the problem?

Network operations experience

Years of tracking DPI patterns, congestion behaviour and node failure modes feed directly into routing decisions and infrastructure choices.

Protocol research in depth

We maintain deep knowledge of VLESS, Hysteria 2 and WireGuard, combining obfuscation, encryption and routing to improve success rates under pressure.

Infrastructure built to last

Nodes are placed in key regions and connected to CN2 GIA, 9929 and CMI circuits to provide stable access rather than just a wide node list.

Minimal data, transparent policy

Data minimisation and no-log principles are practical commitments: we explain clearly what is collected, why and how it is protected.

Outcomes measured against real scenarios

VPN comparison articles focus on node counts, server locations and protocol names. But users ask simpler questions: will the video call drop at nine tonight, will ChatGPT disconnect mid-prompt, will the hotel network block it? We design and measure against those scenarios rather than spec sheets.

Infrastructure investment reflects that. Return-route quality – CN2 GIA, 9929, IEPL – is what makes the difference at peak hours. One well-maintained premium circuit often outperforms ten standard nodes during busy evenings.

How the client is designed

Most users need to pick a node and connect. Advanced users want routing rule customisation, protocol pinning and transparent proxy configuration. We try to serve both without making either group compromise. The client defaults to automatic choices that work for most cases; every automatic choice can be overridden by someone who knows what they want.

Support follows the same logic. When a connection fails, the question is whether it is the node, the local network or the account – not which version of the client to reinstall. Support asks for specifics and works from there.

Data handling in plain terms

Browsing history, DNS content and connection targets are never logged. We store account credentials, subscription status and aggregated counts used for abuse prevention – not linked to what you accessed. Revenue comes from subscriptions; there is no advertising model and no incentive to monetise browsing data.

No VPN guarantees 100% uptime. Our commitment is to give a clear explanation and a practical alternative when something breaks, rather than asking users to reinstall the client and wait.
