1. Agreement to these terms

Creating an account or using iKuuu VPN means you have read and agreed to these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use.

2. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including keeping login credentials secure. Report any unauthorised access to support immediately. We will never ask for your password through any channel.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• The free tier grants connection time through daily check-in with limited nodes
• Paid subscriptions run for the chosen period and require renewal to continue
• Subscriptions normally activate immediately; contact support if delayed
• Promotional rates apply only during the promotion; renewals use standard pricing

4. Acceptable use

iKuuu VPN exists for privacy protection and normal network access. The following are prohibited:

• Activities illegal in your jurisdiction
• Sending spam, scanning networks or launching attacks against systems
• Accessing systems or data without authorisation
• Distributing malware or engaging in fraud or deception
• Reselling, sublicensing or commercially re-providing access

Accounts involved in these activities may be suspended or terminated.

5. Service availability

We operate nodes and routes continuously but network conditions vary and no VPN can guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance is scheduled during off-peak hours and announced in advance where feasible.

6. Device limits and sharing

Each plan sets a maximum simultaneous device count. Connections over the limit may be refused or may end another session. Accounts may be used within a household or small team but not distributed publicly.

7. Refunds and cancellation

If a service problem cannot be resolved through technical support, a refund request may be submitted and reviewed based on actual use. You may stop renewing at any time; access continues until the period ends.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by network outages, third-party platform changes or force majeure. Liability is limited to subscription fees paid for the relevant period.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Material changes are posted on this page and emailed to registered users where appropriate. Continuing to use the service after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
